Mike Terry - Executive Sous Chef

 Mike Terry is the Executive Sous Chef in charge of banquets, ordering product and supplies for the restaurant and banquets to run the kitchen.  He makes sure everything works right on the line and the employees are doing what they should be doing.    He started young with his mother and grandma teaching him how to cook.  He went to culinary school after high school.  He is from San Diego.    Mike is married to Margarita and has a 6 month old baby daughter Amanda.  Right now everything is about the baby and taking care of the house.
