Spinach & Artichoke Dip

8 1/2 oz. jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
5 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in shallow baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.

Serve with bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.

Note: Add additional cheese and mayonnaise for a creamier dip.
