8 1/2 oz. jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. Serve with bread, crackers, or tortilla chips. Note: Add additional cheese and mayonnaise for a creamier dip. This recipe is from one of my cousins, Erin, from our family reunion cookbook. I'm always looking for something easy and delicious to serve my guests when they come to visit at our home.
