Tom Little - Director of Food and Beverage: Tom oversees all food and beverages at the award winning winery, resort, and spa. His work encompasses the Vineyard Rose Restaurant, banquets, catering, and special events. Tom began his career in fine dining when he was in school. He was in the Navy during the Vietnam Era on the USS Okanawa LPH3...Landing Platform for Helicopters.

He has lived in Temecula since 1989 with his wife Teri who he has been married to for 21 years. He has two sons, Bryan and Kevin. In his spare time, he likes to cook for his family, play tennis, and read.
